Wanted to give you an update of my naked cooking this weekend. By the way, “cooking naked” is more fun when the neighbors are out and about. Smoked one 5 lb. pork loin roast and one 5 lb. eye of round beef roast using pecan wood at 200 degrees for approx. 4 hours. Took off the smoker when internal temp reached 160 degrees on each. Had my folks in town from Colorado and my sister and her family here from Tennessee. All are now believers in the cooking naked way of life. EXCELLENT!!!! However, just when I thought Uncle Bud couldn't make me look any better,I added some rub to corn on the cob and cooked on the grill. No butter, no salt..........just rub. I'm telling you, that corn kicked tail. Had a nice bite to it and had everyone asking for more.
